The US Supreme Court's interest in patent cases over the last decade is unprecedented and, with certiorari granted in Microsoft v. i4i, appears unending. At this roundtable, distinguished lecturers will discuss the substantial impact on patents and our practice by recent Supreme Court decisions and provide insight to the Court's motivation for redefining Federal Circuit jurisprudence.
