How can in-house attorneys assess their own professional advancement when making partner and developing a book of clients no longer are relevant measurements? What are the particular challenges of defining and achieving success as an in-house woman lawyer? Please join a panel of seasoned in-house women attorneys as they offer a unique perspective on how women practicing in-house can define, measure and achieve professional success and share their "Top 10 Tips" for making the transition from a law firm to in-house. The panel, which will be followed by a cocktail reception, is part of the “In-House Women Lawyers” program, launched in September 2007 by the Committee on Women in the Profession. The program features ongoing events of particular relevance to women lawyers practicing in-house, designed to promote networking, mentoring, and advancement in the field.
