This presentation will explore the legal intricacies and First Amendment implications of newsgathering and dissemination. Panelists will discuss current developments in the field and will participate in a question-and answer session with attendees. Discussions will focus on reporters’ access issues, defending libel and privacy claims, and prepublication review.
