Usually we try to accomplish more by speeding up and multitasking, and yet we may find that we become more disorganized and harassed if we try to do so. Mindfulness practice has the paradoxical effect of slowing down our minds yet allowing us to accomplish more in a shorter period of time through better focus and clarity. We will discuss how this works and learn practices that will assist in our ability to accomplish more at work. The evening will consist of guided meditation practice (no experience necessary), a talk, and discussion.
