Labor and employment law is a broad area of practice that includes employer/employee relations, discrimination, wages, child labor protection, and working conditions. Laws are enforced by federal and state authorities. Panelists representing the management, government, and plaintiffs' perspectives will discuss how they entered the practice, the types of people and organizations they represent, and the variety of firms and agencies that practice labor and employment law.
