While the billable hour may not be dead, it is under attack as clients look to law firms to develop innovative fee structures that comport with corporate budgets. This program will bring together law firm partners and in-house counsel to discuss varying fee structures and how such structures may contribute to or hinder the ability of women partners to build successful practices. Women partners are encouraged to bring one of their clients to this program.
