In-house lawyers at every level need leadership skills, and there are many ways to achieve leadership as an in-house lawyer. Please join the Women in the Profession Committee for a panel discussion of ways to achieve leadership success in the in-house environment. Drawing on their experiences across companies, industries and practice areas, panelists will focus on how to identify and pursue leadership opportunities within a company, including how to develop leadership as an “individual contributor” and how to become an "influencer" within your company.
