A panel of arbitrators and mediators and the attorneys who select them will lead a discussion about honing the skills that every good arbitrator and mediator must possess, provide valuable tips for developing a successful ADR practice, and provide strategies that women and attorneys of color can use to navigate their careers in ADR.
