Description:
Are fear, stress, and self-doubt sabotaging your success? Despite your past accomplishments, do you attribute all your success to luck?
Impostor Syndrome, commonly experienced by high achievers, has been called the legal profession’s silent epidemic. It has been estimated that 70% of people have experienced this phenomenon at least once, especially lawyers and law students. Impostor Syndrome involves a fear of being exposed to others as a fraud. This program will discuss Impostor Syndrome and some exercises to help you identify your limiting beliefs and create strategies to combat it and thrive despite your fears.
